【摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)山梨醇?xì)浠邏悍磻?yīng)釜攪拌功率特性和流動(dòng)狀態(tài)的試驗(yàn),分析研究攪拌器幾何參數(shù)和案卷位置對(duì)氣、液、固三相物系的攪拌效果,確定反應(yīng)釜的攪拌幾何參數(shù)和攪拌操作參數(shù),并提出了提高氣體吸入和減少泡沫的結(jié)構(gòu)措施。
【英文摘要】 Through the test on the agitation efficiency character and flow status of the sorbitol-hydrogenation high pressure reactor,we can analyze and research the agitation effect on the gas,liquid and solid misting status which results from the geometry parameter and the installation position of the agitator,then we can define the geometry parameter and the operation parameter of the reactor,we can also select a suitable structure to raise the suction of the gas and eliminate the foam.
